EpitopeAtlas
Patent claim and protein sequence explorer
A Django application that extracts explicit epitope residue references from patent claims, persists the results, and aligns the protein sequences with Clustal Omega.
An interactive sequence viewer remaps each patent's original residue numbering into a shared coordinate system, highlights where the claims overlap, links every residue back to its claim evidence, and exports the alignment as FASTA.

The screenshots show a reference-backed demo: real PCSK9 claim 1 excerpts paired with the public UniProt Q8NBP7 reference sequence. The viewer shows referenced residues; it does not determine legal patent scope.
